How To Edit Editable Thank Your Card Template For Business

Adding a thank you card for your customers in your packaging is a great a way to market your product. There are a lots of thank you cards available on internet that you order but offcourse they are a bit pricey since they customise/edit them for you and charge some extra bucks to do that for you. Plus you also pay a shipping charge for that. 

But there are a few editable templates as well available on internet that you can edit yourself as per your need without paying anything extra, download them and print them at home or get in printed in the local store near you. Checkout the editable thank you card

But in this post I will be discussing how you can edit and download an editable template in 'Canva'.

So let's get started without wasting much time.

Now since you have downloaded the editable art it’s time to edit it! And it is super easy and fun to edit your card. You don’t need to be a professional to do that. So let start editing!

How to Edit Text Elements

1.    First click on the green link given in your PDF file and then you will be redirected to ‘Canva’ that is a free online tool where you can edit your card.

2.  You need to sign up and create an account which is absolutely free! And believe me this tool is really amazing.

3.   As soon as you sign up you will be automatically directed to the page where you can edit it. All the texts are editable except for ‘thank you’. 

How To Change Text Element

1.     Let’s start editing! Let’s begin with editing the amount of discount and coupon code. If you want to change the whole sentence, you can do that too. 

2.    Edit the hash tag if you have or just create one! If not remove it and remove the word ‘Tag Us’ with ‘Mention Us’. 

Edit Shop Name

1.     Now click and edit your ‘Shop Name’. 

2.     Type in your shop name.

How to Upload And Add Logo

1.     First click on the logo icon as shown in picture.

2.     Then click on transparency. 

3.     Then bring the transparency all the way down to ‘0’.

4.     Now click on upload. 

5.     Then Click on ‘Upload An Image’. 

6.     Then select the logo you want to upload from your PC, laptop or mobile. 

7.     Now upload the logo.

8.     Once your logo is uploaded click on it to place the logo on the card. 

9.     Then click on the circle to resize the logo. 

10.   Resize the logo the way want and then place it as shown in the picture below. And done your thank you card is ready. 

How To Download It

1.     Click on ‘Print Card’ to bring the drop-down menu. And Select download. 

      

2.     Now select the file type like PDF, JPEG or PNG. 

      

3.     And click on download. And done your card is ready to printed.
