You can not use it for commercial use if you purchase it for personal use. But you can make money out of it or use it for reselling or for some other commercial use only after purchasing the commercial license. In simple words you need to buy a commercial license for doing so.
For how long the commercial license is valid?
The commercial license has no end of validity, this means you need not to buy a commercial license again and again. You need to buy the commercial license only once and you can make unlimited number of copies for life time. But this commercial licence has a certain restriction, you can't distribute it for free. Even if you have paid for commercial license you are not allowed to distribute it for free in form.

The resolution is 300 DPI and the color mode is CMYK, and it is ideal for printing, so that you can get a crisp print.
What is the return policy/refund policy?
Since it is a digital product return policy is not available on such items. Digital products has a one way nature and you can't return it after it has been downloaded. So these items can't be returned or refunded.
